A centuries-old history

The company has been belonging to the Filomusi Guelfi family since the first half of the 1700s and was conducted from 1982 to 2018 by Lorenzo Filomusi Guelfi, who selected and refined the wine production by offering it to the restaurant and wine shop market.

Located between the Adriatic Sea and the Gran Sasso d'Italia and Majella massifs, the Abruzzo area benefits from strong temperature variations between day and night which, associated with good ventilation, guarantee the vine an ideal microclimate for vegetating and producing grapes of extraordinary quality.

A historic cellar

The cellar, located in the historic center of Tocco da Casauria and today subject to architectural constraints, is the same as always: the one in which the grapes grown in the family feud was harvested, a tradition that continues with the use of modern methods.
